‘We need a pipeline of projects to ensure sustainable oil and gas driven Industrial development in Nigeria. Innovative development models will bring down costs thereby making Nigeria competitive again, the target is the regional market that will require at least 5 FPSOs over the next 10 years with values in excess of 15 billion dollars. However companies with global portfolios won’t invest in new large scale projects with zero visibility on fiscal terms for much of the asset’s life.’
