| Boreholes and Water Treatment LADOL Free Zone will provide treated water within the zone as well as bulk supply to ships and barges from LADOL’s water treatment plant. The water treatment and storage plant provides water up to a 60 cubic meters per hour and the storage tanks have a capacity of 1 million liters. This two water wells can deliver water at 60 cubic meters per hour each and the storage tanks have a capacity of 1 million liters. This water supply will also support the Base’s fire-fighting capabilities. |

| Office and Residential Accommodation LADOL will provide state-of-the-art offices, with broadband internet and global communications access, conference/meeting rooms and secure work areas. Modern and well quipped residential and recreational facilities will be available. The accommodation can be used on a permanent and/or short term basis. The accommodation will also be available to other parties who find the secure and comfortable environment on LADOL Free Zone attractive. During construction of permanent facilities, port-a-cabins can be made available to provide interim offices and accommodation. Sewage Treatment LADOL Free Zone’s civil engineering team have designed a modular sewage treatment system. The first phase of which has been completed and erected on LADOL Free Zone. The facility processes sewage for all Phase 1 facilities on LADOL. |

| Storage Facilities Closed Storage Area LADOL has completed a 2,000 square meter warehouse. The warehouse can store a wide range of materials in a secure, controlled environment. Open Storage Area Hard standing concrete open storage space of 10,000 square meters can be provided between and around the warehouse and the quay wall. The concrete open storage space can be used by companies whose cargoes do not require shelter from the weather. Power Generation A 5MW power plant has been designed and will be built in a modular fashion in response to market demand. In the meantime 200 - 500 KVA daytime and 250 KVA night time generators provide electricity to the Base 24 hours a day. |
